Fuel Filter Replacement 23300-79305

23300-19255 The original Filter listed for my 1990 Sera
23300-11060 marked on the label of the original filter
186100-2510 is the Denso number on the same label.

23300-79305 I found to be a suitable replacement and more available in the US. It is used on 1995 Camrys and Lexus ES300.
The connection threads are the same. Though the mounting bracket is different, it will fit into the original Sera bracket. The U-bracket has to be enlarged slightly to fit the top banjo fitting.
