I seem to remember this is a common problem with turbo conversions - the Rad fan comes on as soon as you turn the ignition on and stays on, even though the engine is stone cold. I thought sorting out the air and water sensors would help but alas not.

So, how do I sort it out?

There is a pressure sensor in the a/c system around the passenger side headlamp area. This requires either the sensor re-fitting or the terminals bridging and it should go off.

It only happens on turbo conversions where a lot of the a/c system is removed.

Its good someone brought this up. Mine has always stayed on since the turbo conversion, never really worried about it. All fixed now tho. Cheers!
