Yup...look for Honda Civic EG radiator. You still can have your air cond. About the bumper, not so major modification to be done.
Attached photo is my project and is completed since March 2010.

Yes...i run a CT9.
Thats is the correct alloy raditor. But the fan im using is the original EG fan which the big one for more cooler.
Attached the picture.
For the mod bumper i dont have the photo.
But is easy, look at the picture i round it in red color. The corner of the blue silicon need a bit of place for the bumper to fit in.
If you try to fit in the bumper, you will automatically know what to do. Just need a sharp knife.

The green area is the additional mount for the intercooler.

IMO unsafe to drive without fuelling mods. The Sera has a high compression ratio and the stock ECU is ignorant of the concept of boost and will be unable to compensate accordingly.

more fuel to ignition system? because I've to take the car from Wicked EP and to my home about 10minutes drive keeping <2500rpm.will that cause more trouble?

Have anyone used E-Manage Ultimate on Sera?

I've been meaning to try getting my working again, I bought a eManage Ultimate, to use on my Sera with a 4E-FTE ECU. I think somethings wrong though, get plenty of hesitation and rougle idle... hmmm

Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image

Scuz did you manage to sort out the matter with e-manage? where did you mount the unit?

No I haven't, I've not been able to diagnose what's going wrong. my intention was to just zip tie it up side down under the blower unit, or stash it behind the stereo some how.
