The Google Toolbar gives Internet Explorer a 'Translate into English' option (on the right-click context menu)

It's worth trying out, and helps navigation around these Japanese web sites.

The machine translations are also genuinely funny!

e.g. (from one of the how-to guides on Club Sera)

'When you look at the hood reverse side of meter,
In 2 places of arrow small quadrangular cover
Certain understands.
This cover is removed.
It meaning that the among those the screw is two, you remove'

Andrew, been meaning to ask for a while - can you get hold of that cup holder they show on the main page?
"Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationery...that's what gets you!"

I've been talking to the webmaster of Club Sera about updating my links as he was moving server. I'll ask. His English is getting better.

Heh, this could keep me amused for months.

just the first item on yahoo japan auctions I tried to translate came up with this:

Only the one which is understanding please bid. It is dispatch schedule with ゆ う pack cash on arrival. In addition it has exhibited various types.

The first sentence sounds like advice from Yoda...
Confucius say, "He who uses a duck umberella as a bonnet prop shall, in time, inevitably feel the wrath of his bonnet"
