They suggested I use the corsa to go down, I said it wouldn't fit, they said try anyway, I tried, it fitted. Thus, I'm gonna have to do the trip in the Corsa.
Andrew - tomorrow ok?

I'd been keen not to get back too late to see my grandad, so of course sods law struck, there was another sodding boat at the river then a very nice lorry driver decided the A1 was a great place to chuck a huge ammount of dangerous chemicals (as you do), resulting in it being closed and some massive traffic jams. If only a Corsa was a nice place to sit...

Got a CT9b, picked up the car this morning with it fitted and it's a non-smoker! Phew! I also did the last oil change for a while, flushed out the mineral oil and gave it some magnetec semi-synthetic. Only problem so far is that the cold intercooler pipe has popped off twice today, once just after I picked the car up and again climbing a hill after several miles of full boost. Never did it before the new turbo was fitted, so if it happens again I'll give the turbo fitters a call. Otherwise, all that's left is a water change and she's finished!!!
